Client Services Representative
The Client Services Position is an external position for a long-term care pharmacy providing services to skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities.
- Identify early warning signs of potential issues and problemsolve
- Conduct customer training to support the rollout of programs and services
- Educate customers on utilizing key pharmacy programs and technology
- Build relationships with facility administration and staff
- Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA
- Other duties as assigned; Job duties may vary depending on business needs
- Single Point of Contact for customers
_Customer Focus Visits_:
- Medication cart audits
- Medication Room Audits
- Medication cycle fill checks
Physical Demands:
- May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk intermittently during the day.
- May sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day
- May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.
- Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required.
- May need to lift up to twentyfive (25) pounds on occasion.
- Visual acuity to see and read fine prints.
- Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to hear normal voice sounds.

- Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Registered Pharmacy Technician or Med Tech Certificate
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least two years experience in customerfacing positions
- Exceptional interpersonal skills using advanced verbal and written communications
- Strong problem solving and organization skills
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
_Must be willing to travel, including overnight_:
_Use of personal vehicle required ( mileage reimbursement)_
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that should be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:
- May sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day
- The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, walk, crawl intermittently
- May be necessary to work extended hours as needed
- May lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

HOLIDAY & PTO POLICY
We provide qualifying full-time employees with 23 PTO (Paid Time Off) days annually. PTO is used for holidays, vacation, sick leave, and personal leave.
Please note we are a long-term care pharmacy open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And schedules may change as determined by the needs of the business.
