Responsibilities:


Customer Interaction:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Appointment Scheduling:

Coordinate and manage the scheduling of plumbing and HVAC service appointments efficiently, taking into account urgency and technician availability.

Problem Resolution:

Work closely with customers to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Communication Hub:

Act as a liaison between customers and field technicians, providing relevant information, updates, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the service process.

Data Entry:

Accurately enter customer information, service details, and other relevant data into our systems, maintaining organized records for future reference.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with our plumbing and HVAC technicians to optimize scheduling and provide necessary information for successful service delivery.


Upselling Opportunities:

Identify and communicate potential upselling opportunities to customers, promoting additional services or maintenance plans that align with their needs.
