What You Will Do

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and inquisitive person to join the team as our Finance Associate, Revenue Management. Your primary responsibilities will be to focus on revenue and trade optimization through the creation, enhancement and maintenance of financial tools, deliver financial reporting, support company-wide budgeting and planning processes, and provide high quality analysis and insights to the Chomps organization. You will collaborate with all other functions and have unique exposure to key business drivers of a rapidly growing brand and organization. You will be a game changer, demonstrating the intellectual curiosity and scrappiness to dig into unfamiliar data and analysis. You will help build and maintain meaningful tools to create measurable value to the Chomps organization. You will be a critical contributor on a growing and impactful finance team.

Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting

• Support Sales team quarterly business reviews reporting and presentations to senior leadership
• Support gross margin analysis, tracking and analyzing customer and product mix, trade efficiency, and segment and customer profitability.
• Create, maintain and enhance month end close dashboards and reports, collaborating across functions to deliver accurate monthly executive financial reporting to the Senior Finance Manager.
• Analyze and report out leadership level insights on financial impact of trade strategies across customers, channels, and years
• Ensure accurate revenue and trade reporting in monthly financial statements and across system reporting platforms.

Financial Planning

• Create, maintain, enhance, and refresh finance analytical tools for project based and ad hoc sales and trade planning initiatives.
• Review and drive accuracy of revenue and trade forecast submissions
• Partner with the Business Analytics function, analyzing and optimizing trade and promotional activity to drive pricing and customer profit strategy

Ad Hoc Analysis

• Support financial analysis for innovation proposals and projects
• Analyze and provide recommendations for DSO metric improvements
• Escalate insights and questions on potential value creation initiatives through analysis
• Accept responsibility for organizational goals and take ownership of new duties and identify new opportunities within the Finance department

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
• 3-5 year of relevant experience in Revenue Management, Trade Management, Financial Planning & Analysis, or related quantitative field
• Advanced in Excel, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling
• Familiarity with Netsuite, BI, CRM and financial planning applications is a plus
• Exemplary collaboration skills
• Exceptional judgement and maturity, including an ability to escalate and ask for help when necessary
• Outstanding communication (both verbal and written) and relationship management skills
• Results-focused, team-oriented, and strong work ethic

Type: Full-Time, exempt

Salary Range Opportunity:

• The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $105, % annual bonus

Compensation Philosophy & Total Comp:

• Our salary ranges are based on verified market data and our philosophy of paying competitively for our size and industry
• Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company
