    Branch Manager - Bacliff, TX

    We are looking for a
    Branch Manager to provide top notch customer service to our clients and customers at our
    Bacliff banking center.

    If you are passionate about being part of a community, being a team player, and helping others reach their financial goals, then we are interested in speaking with you The ideal candidate will have a proven success record and be business savvy within the area market.

    Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to:

    • Manage all sales, service, marketing and operations of a banking center, including loans, deposits, and partner referrals.
    • Responsible for the expansion of business relationships and the development of new business; calls on both new and existing clients.
    • Manage and develop exempt and non-exempt team members.
    • Direct branch activities, maintains prescribed security measures, and compliance with policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
    • Execute inside and outside sales management process.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree and 6+ years branch management or 3+ years related experience. (An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualification).

    Networking presence in surrounding areas preferred Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus knowledge of other related fields.


    • Working knowledge of banking industry, products, customer service and management skills.
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule and have ability to work Saturdays, when required.
    • Salary and job level commensurate with experience.
