Houston Branch Manager - Solwel Corporation

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our distribution business of solar PV systems and energy storage products.

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Essential Functions & Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or other related discipline.
• Manage all aspects of branch operations, including staff supervision, training, and development.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Prefer to have two or three years of experience in the solar PV industry.
• Respond to all customer inquiries and generate Quotes or Sales Orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Review Sales Orders for operational issues, errors, and fulfillment.
• Manage daily receiving, shipping and delivery operations.
• Ability to operate forklift and pull a trailer occasionally where required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds manually and provide delivery service occasionally where required.
• Support inventory forecast. Keep stock control systems up to date and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Works with warehouse employees to ensure proper inventory controls, including proper and timely product rotation and correct labelling and storage of products.
• Plans, coordinates, and implements quarterly and annual inventory audits.
• Performs all job functions as needed to ensure facility operates smoothly and customers receive excellent customer service.

Pay:
$60, $80,000.00 per year
