Job Summary:

The Branch Manager will oversee all security officers assigned to our Houston location. Will be responsible for the scheduling, supervising and manage all day to day operations for security personnel.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the daytoday operations
  • Hire, develop, motivate and retain quality staff
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality of services provided
  • Manage the scheduling of staff and ensure adequate coverage
  • Ensure timely and accurate record keeping
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Make timely decisions to ensure the smooth operation of the facility
  • Assist in Interviewing and making hiring decisions
  • Maintain up to date training records
