- Under the direction of the single manager (SM), SSM or IPT leader perform a variety of duties involved in the operational phase of equipment/systems.
- Perform duties involved in the disposal of equipment from the inventory due to lack of contractor support, no longer needed, phase out due to technology improvement, etc.
- Perform technical review of work performed by lower graded equipment management specialists, as assigned, assisting in the resolution of the more difficult and complex problems and providing guidance on other routine matters.
