Summary

Eligibilities being considered and other IMPORTANT information.

The primary purpose of this position, PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST GS , is to utilize knowledge of the Software Engineering Division's mission, workload, objectives and processes to isolate, define, research, analyze, and recommend solutions for a wide variety of business administration problems.

Duties

Serve as a division focal point and liaison to outside organizations on financial matters.

Conduct division-wide audits of various administrative functions (., time accounting, financial accounting,
to ensure compliance with Air Force and local regulations and policies.

Keep informed of changes in funding, manpower, equipment, and facility policies that might affect the
division.

Manage the resource and production accounting for the Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG), Quality
Engineering Support Team (QuEST), and Software Support Branch Functions.

Organize monthly division workload reviews for presentation to directorate.
