- Directs quality assurance operations
- Develops and controls quality programs
- Determines the resources required for quality control
- Establishes and maintains a process for evaluating software and associated documentation
- Conducts formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the development life cycle
- Monitors conformance with QA standards and procedures and maintains the level of quality throughout the life cycle of the DS TAT requirement
- Conducts quality assurance training for employees
- Suggests methods for improving product quality, design, or processes.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5-12 years of relevant work experience
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks
- Master's degree
- Experience with F-16, A-10, or T-38
- Active Secret clearance
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in the Hill AFB, UT area.

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,900-$141,100. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it's employees beyond just compensation.
