Insight Global is seeking a Asset Management Specialist to join one of their top federal clients on a large defensive weaponry program.

This individual will be joining the Information Services team and will be supporting the Mission of Strategic Deterrence through continuous improvements and innovation.

Some of your responsibilities would include:

Coordinate with media custodians to document IT hardware, including towers, keyboards, monitors, mice, and other peripherals.
Manage the reception, storage, and organization of IT assets, ensuring accurate tracking and inventory control.
Oversee the delivery and installation of new equipment, ensuring orders are received as scheduled and correctly logged into our Asset Management system.
Utilize JIRA for project management, maintaining uptodate records of asset statuses and locations.
Collaborate with various teams to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless deployment and control of IT assets.
Prioritize tasks and projects in conjunction with the Asset Management Lead and government branch liaisons to address unforeseen issues proactively.

Skills and Requirements

Secret Clearance
04+ years of experience
Experience can be in any physical media tracking or inventory, and/or auditing experience
Organization, and attention to detail
Experience working with a customer in a quick moving environment
Experience with Jira/Confluence for Project Management and ticketing
Lifecycle management with hardware products
Deploy, install, maintenance, upgrade, destroy
MS Office Experience (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) null
