    In this role, you'll collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer for Ambulatory Care (CMO-AC) in driving strategic and operational excellence.

    This will involve managing the project portfolio and overseeing resource allocation while tracking progress and facilitating the achievement of strategic plan deliverables and milestones.

    You'll conduct research, analyze data, and provide recommendations to support decision-making, as well as prepare communication materials, coordinate stakeholder meetings, and foster cross-functional collaboration.

    Direct and oversee administrative activities under the CMO-AC

    • Serve as a subject matter expert on ambulatory care administration
    • Lead a team working on projects and programs, providing training, guidance, support, and mentorship
    • Qualifications We're seeking a self-motivated, collaborative, team-oriented administrative professional with:
    • Bachelor's degree required; Five or more years of relevant management experience required
    • Prior experience supervising employees, including selection, training, work assignments, and review, motivation, and performance appraisal
    • Experience in managing complete lifecycle of a project, including directly or indirectly leading cross-functional teams preferred
    • Experience in leading, facilitating, and implementing new programs and/or projects
    • Ability to make presentations to senior and executive management
    • Demonstrated skill (intermediate to advanced level) in the use of personal computers and software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office applications, project management platforms, customer relationship management systems, database management, and analysis
