    About the Position:
    We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong customer focus to join us as a Call Center Representative in the Architecture & Planning sector. As a vital point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for promptly and professionally addressing their inquiries and concerns, contributing significantly to customer satisfaction and fostering positive client relationships.

    Job Title: Call Center Representative
    Location: Dallas, TX
    Salary Range: $25.00 per hour

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls efficiently, providing accurate information.
    • Address client inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Maintain in-depth product knowledge to offer guidance and solutions to clients.
    • Update and oversee client accounts in our CRM system to ensure accuracy.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex client issues effectively.
    • Document client interactions thoroughly for future reference.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software usage.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
