Enterprise Account ExecutiveOPTK Networks | Lincoln, NE | Full-Time | $70,000 Base + Commission (Six-Figure OTE)

OPTK Networks isn't your typical telecom company. We're a Nebraska-grown fiber optic provider with over 4,000 miles of cutting-edge infrastructure, serving businesses all over Nebraska.
For 15 years, we've been building the connectivity backbone that powers Midwest businesses and now we're looking for a driven sales professional to help us expand our enterprise footprint.
This is a true hunting role. You'll own your territory, prospect aggressively, and close deals that matter. We're not looking for someone to manage existing accounts and wait for the phone to ring.We need someone who thrives on building pipeline from scratch, conducting discovery conversations with business decision-makers, and winning new customers through consultative selling.

What You'll Do
You'll prospect and develop new business relationships with enterprises throughout our fiber territory, focusing on organizations that need high-bandwidth connectivity, network reliability, and responsive local support.
What You Bring
2+ years of B2B sales experience with consistent quota achievement, preferably in a prospecting-heavy role
Track record of high activity:
you're comfortable making 50+ calls weekly and conducting multiple prospect meetings
Experience selling to business decision-makers, navigating multiple stakeholders, and managing sales cycles of 60-90 days
Strong communication skills and professional presence
CRM discipline—you document your work and manage your pipeline systematically
Resilience and self-motivation; you don't need hand-holding to maintain consistent effort
Telecommunications or technology sales background is a plus but not required
