    Are you a visionary business leader ready to shape the future of professional services in the Chemical sector and beyond? We're seeking someone to spearhead strategic growth initiatives and build long-lasting client partnerships across the Chemical, Metals, Power, Oil & Gas, and Manufacturing industries. This is a high-impact, hands-on role ideal for a dynamic and experienced professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, relationship-building, and solution selling.
    What You'll Do
    As a key figure in our organization, you will be at the forefront of driving growth through intelligent business strategy, client acquisition, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be partnering with very established accounts and prospecting new business to sell engineering services. Your core responsibilities will include:
    • Driving Growth: Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities that lead to major project wins, long-term consulting relationships, and enterprise-level engagements.
    • Strategic Sales Execution: Research and analyze client capital plans and project needs to position our full suite of services-engineering, consulting, EPCM, and program/project management.
    • Client-Centric Approach: Establish trusted advisor relationships with prospective and existing clients, becoming their go-to partner for innovative, value-driven solutions.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment of sales strategies, project delivery, and client expectations.
    • Industry Leadership: Champion the firm's presence in the Chemical and related industries, leveraging your network and expertise to open doors and accelerate growth.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead development and execution of strategic business development plans (Client Account Plans, CAPS).
    • Maintain and grow a pipeline of opportunities through direct outreach, relationship management, and networking.
    • Develop annual forecasts, growth plans, and revenue strategies specific to key verticals.
    • Drive companywide BD initiatives in collaboration with regional offices and internal teams.
    • Serve as a trusted industry expert, representing the company at conferences, meetings, and high-level client discussions.
    What You Bring to the Table
    • Education: Bachelors Degree.
    • Experience: 7-20 years of business development success within a consultative environment.
    • Industry Expertise: Strong background in the Chemical industry with a well-established network.
    • Sales Acumen: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; passion for driving sales and creating long-term value.
    • Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels, internally and externally.
    Compensation
    $150-180k base up to 25% bonus structure.
    Schedule
    Hybrid - enjoy the flexibility of remote work combined with in-person collaboration through client meetings, team gatherings, and occasional local site visits. Travel is primarily day-based, with minimal overnight stays and the benefit of returning home each night.
