    $15 - $17 per hour
    We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Medical Assistant to join our team in the finance industry. This unique position combines the healthcare and finance sectors, providing a stimulating and challenging environment.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing both clinical and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

    This role demands a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for healthcare and a keen interest in finance.

    As a Permanent Medical Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

    Providing clinical assistance by performing routine tasks such as taking vitals, preparing patients for examinations, administering medication under the direction of a physician, and maintaining patient records.

    Supporting the finance team by maintaining and updating financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with budget preparation.
    Collaborating with the finance team to understand healthcare costs and contribute to financial planning and cost management.
    Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge on best practices in both the healthcare and finance industries.
    Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for management, including financial reports and health outcomes data.
    A certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited institution.

    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, healthcare professionals, and finance team members.

    Proficiency in using healthcare software and financial systems.
    A commitment to continuous learning and development in both healthcare and finance.
