- Lead user interaction research, focusing on task-based benchmark testing, usability testing, and RITE testing.
- Engage in the full product development cycle, from initial research to product launch.
- Utilize solid methodological and statistical skills to apply the right research methods and perform appropriate statistical analysis.
- Work closely with a high-functioning, collaborative team to troubleshoot and solve technical problems related to cutting-edge hardware and software.
- Enjoy autonomy and the opportunity to contribute to potentially industry-changing AR/VR products.
- Must be willing to be onsite in Seattle 100% of the time.
- Strong background in statistics and experience running interaction-based user research.
- Proven ability to navigate through the shipping cycle of a product, ideally with hardware product experience.
- Technical troubleshooting proficiency and a knack for solving technical challenges.
- Experience with AR/VR technologies.
- Familiarity with R statistical package and Tableau.
- Enjoyment in troubleshooting technical problems and a talent for figuring out technical challenges.
