- Conduct remote, tactical research throughout the product lifecycle to move product concepts through development and market launch.
- Investigate ways to enhance end-user interaction with computer programs to boost satisfaction and usage.
- Create comprehensive reports based on market trends and user surveys, analyzing data to provide insights to the gaming team.
- Execute usability and content testing to ensure optimal user experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams and fellow researchers to establish a cohesive user experience platform.
- Organize and conduct concept testing interviews, focus groups, and gather results for future product iterations.
- Develop user scenarios and stories in coordination with other departments.
- Qualitative User Research, including interviews and usability testing.
- Proven ability to conduct market trend analysis and user surveys.
- MA/MS in a human behavior-related field (e.g., HCI, psychology, sociology, communication, information science, media studies, computer science, or economics) OR BA in HCI with 1-4 years of high-tech industry experience.
- Quantitative skills with proficiency in R and SPSS.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in read-outs.
- Familiarity with D-scout, Lookback, UserTesting, UserZoom.
- Ability to code open-ended responses.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Slides.
- Experience or passion for mobile games.
