Description
MUST:
5+ of revenue cycle healthcare experience
5+ years of finance and analytics within healthcare (we need rev cycle, patient accounting/insurance billing, and good with data)
2+ years experience in healthcare finance leadership/supervisory role
Experience doing data analysis with AR, charge posting, payment posting, payor trends.
Knowledge of Debits, Credits, Balance Sheets, and P&L
Bachelor's Degree
Hospital Billing or Physicians Billing experience (they are mostly HB, so preferred)
Exposure to Data analytics within rev cycle- tableau or power, data visualization tool experience, worked with large data sets
Strong with excel, data manipulation
PLUS:
Master's Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration
CPA license
Both HB and PB experience
Working within the global healthcare it requires data manipulation and excel
2+ years of experience in a healthcare finance leadership role (Preferred)
Overseen billing with foreign government entity also called global medicine
Salesforce experience
Understanding of SQL
Powerquery experience
Saudi Arabia health mission- MSH OR IPC- international patient center for UAE.
DAY TO DAY:
Our world-renowned healthcare client is seeking a Director of Finance and Analytics to join their team. This person will oversee HB and Pb and the foreign government revenue cycle billing team. The director will oversee the finance and accounting department, and a finance manager will report to this person. You will manage a team of 6 total- 1 financial supervisor, 1 biller, 1 finance manager, 2 financial coordinator.
Reporting to the COO of this division, the Director of Finance & Data Analytics is a pivotal leader charged with the oversight of the financial operations and data-driven decision-making processes for the group.
This role is critical in supporting rapid program growth, optimizing revenue cycle management, and advancing strategic financial and analytical objectives.
This team only manages one payor co-hort, so it's only related to foreign government entities and it's important to note that most academic hospitals have an international medicine (Foreign government payor cohort).
The payor is Saudi Arabia health mission- MSH OR IPC- which is an international patient center for UAE, Qatar (government programs receive healthcare here if condition cant be treated in home country- pay for patients to come here to receive care so they go to the top centers in the USA like this health system).
