    Description


    Summary:Coordinates marketing budgets and project implementation plan for approved marketing projects

    Work Schedule: Full Time Days

    Responsibilities:
    • Ensures the department operates in compliance with allocated funding and timeline. Provides weekly and monthly project and budget status updates and reports.
    • Works with stakeholders to prepare documentation for meetings and maintains compliance with processes.
    • Plans, budgets, oversees and documents projects. Monitors, reviews and processes invoices for payment while tracking expenses.
    • Meets project timeline objectives, prepares annual budget, schedules expenditures and analyzes variances to project implementation schedule.
    • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum Required Education: High School diploma or GED. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • Required Licensure/Certification: None Required.
    • Minimum Experience: 2 years of related experience.

    The pay range for this position is: $ $36.17 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
