    Scope:

    We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Proposal and Presentation Specialist. This role requires a talented individual with exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a flair for creative communication. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals, articulating opportunities, and building engaging presentations and business cases for internal review and decision-making.

    Responsibilities:

    • Proposal Writing: Develop persuasive and comprehensive proposals tailored to specific projects, partnerships, or opportunities. This involves conducting thorough research, understanding client or stakeholder requirements, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our initiatives.
    • Opportunity Articulation: Identify and articulate business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging industry developments. Translate insights into actionable recommendations and strategies to drive business growth and innovation.
    • Presentation Development: Create visually appealing and impactful presentations that effectively communicate key messages, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers. Utilize storytelling techniques, data visualization, and multimedia elements to engage and influence the audience.
    • Business Case Creation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases for new projects, investments, or strategic initiatives. Conduct cost-benefit analysis, risk assessments, and scenario modeling to support decision-making processes and resource allocation.
    • Strategic Planning Support: Assist in the development of long-term strategic plans and initiatives by providing analytical support, conducting market research, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights. Contribute to the formulation of business strategies that drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
    • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to proposal writing, presentation design, and business case development. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
    • Proven experience in proposal writing, presentation development, and business case creation, ideally in a corporate or consulting environment.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and data into clear and actionable insights.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and presentation design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism in all work outputs.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering innovative solutions and driving business results.

    Scope:

    We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our team as a Manager of Business Development and Partnerships. In this role, you will play a crucial role in the commercialization of our lounges and third-party lounges, including potential partnerships with airlines and lounge alternative programs. Your primary focus will be to expand and diversify our supply side through strategic partnerships and innovative business development initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnership opportunities with airlines, lounge operators, and other relevant third parties to enhance the availability and accessibility of our lounges. This includes establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration and mutual growth.
    • Commercialization Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive commercialization strategy for our lounges, with a focus on maximizing revenue generation and optimizing utilization. This involves analyzing market trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities and revenue streams.
    • Third-Party Lounge Agreements: Lead the negotiation and execution of agreements with third-party lounge operators, including airlines and financial institutions. Ensure that contractual terms are favorable and aligned with our business objectives while fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.
    • 3PL Deals: Explore and pursue partnerships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to expand our supply side and enhance the distribution network for our lounge services. Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and value-added services that meet the evolving needs of our customers and partners.
    • Market Expansion: Identify new markets and locations for lounge expansion, leveraging market research and industry insights to prioritize growth opportunities. Develop market entry strategies and partnership models tailored to local market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing and Finance to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business development initiatives. Provide strategic guidance and support to internal stakeholders to drive successful partnership outcomes.
    • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics related to partnership performance and revenue generation. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate progress, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making processes.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in business development, partnership management, or commercialization roles, preferably within the aviation, hospitality, or travel industry.
    • Strong negotiation skills and experience in structuring and closing complex commercial agreements.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving business growth and profitability.
    • Analytical skills and ability to leverage data and market insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.
    • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends in the aviation and travel sectors is a plus.
