Full time in our Deerfield Beach office. This is not a remote role.
Position Summary

As the Marketing Manager of Johnny Clean Car Wash, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with our Brand and Culture of "Clean, Fast, and Awesome." You'll oversee the execution of campaigns to boost the Johnny Clean brand presence and services.

This includes managing social media pages, coordinating with partners and vendors, and tracking marketing performance.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies for various internal programs and initiatives.
Oversee digital marketing campaigns, analytics, and website content.
Manage relationships with external agencies and internal teams.
Monitor advertising campaigns and align them with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with other leaders to address challenges and write strategy briefs.
Track marketing budgets for digital and traditional media, development, and production.
Measure, analyze, and report on marketing performance to refine tactics or strategies.
Manage and create engaging digital content for the website, blogs, and social media.
Coordinate with partners, vendors, and agencies on branding, paid media, print, and local needs.
Other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
Experience in managing social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns.
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
Analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Digital marketing skills such as SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience in the automotive, car wash, or service space is a plus.
