    Marketing Manager, Fitness

    DESCRIPTION

    As the Fitness Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in executing fitness-related marketing initiatives for the CELSIUS brand. Your responsibilities will include working closely with gyms, boutique studios, trade shows, events, and partnerships to enhance brand awareness and drive sales impact.

    This full-time position in Boca Raton, Florida, reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager, Fitness.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Oversee key accounts with gyms and boutique studios.
    • Support strategy development for key accounts and partnerships.
    • Create and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales.
    • Collaborate on customer marketing programs and campaigns.
    • Manage demos and samplings with key accounts.
    • Work with various teams on fitness-related campaigns.
    • Coordinate trade show logistics and marketing strategies.
    • Collaborate on digital marketing programs and campaigns.
    • Partner with other marketing teams for fitness activations in top markets.
    • Stay informed on CPG, energy category, and competitors.
    • Assist in document management and legal/accounting processes.
    • Ensure partnership branding maximizes impact for the brand.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 4-6 years' marketing experience in fitness, CPG, or health and wellness.
    • Strong interest and knowledge in fitness and beverages.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
    • Proactive team player with strong communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
    • Willingness to work non-traditional hours and travel as needed.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
    • Adaptability to evolving business needs and expectations.
