    DESCRIPTION
    As the Fitness Marketing Manager, you will be a valuable member of the marketing team. You will be responsible for helping to lead the execution of all fitness-related marketing initiatives of the CELSIUS brand. The role is responsible for overseeing marketing support with key accounts across gyms and boutique studios. In addition, you'll be assisting with trade shows, event planning, and partnerships under the fitness vertical.

    You will work cross-functionally across the marketing and sales teams to drive brand awareness and ensure maximum ROI on investments and overall sales impact.

    Sr. Marketing Manager, Fitness . This is an on-site full-time position in Boca Raton, Florida.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Lead day-to-day key fitness accounts with gyms and boutique studios.
    Support Sr.

    Marketing Manager, Fitness, with building quarterly strategy to support key accounts and partnerships as well as reporting and program optimization.

    Integrate 360-marketing campaigns and programs designed to drive trial and sales across key accounts, gyms and boutique studios.
    Collaborate with Fitness Marketing Teammates in the planning and execution of customer marketing programs and campaigns.

    Streamline and manage with the help of Fitness Coordinator all demos/samplings with key fitness accounts, gyms and boutique studios; Oversee staffing agency.

    Work closely with Brand Ambassador and Social teams for fitness related campaigns (paid & organic), UGC + owned content.

    Work closely with Trade Show team to execute logistics and implement marketing strategy and playbook for consumer events and trade shows.

    Work closely with Digital team for OTT programs, where relevant, and geo-targeted campaigns for large scale programs.
    Partner with Collegiate Marketing and Field Marketing teams to bring fitness activations, demos, samplings, and campaigns to top markets.
    Develop a knowledge and understanding of CPG and the energy category and competitors
    Assist in the management of documents such as events calendar, status reports, inventory tracking documents and meeting notes.
    Assist in legal and accounting processes such as contract administration and invoice processing/purchase orders.
    Ensure all partnership branding elements maximize visibility/exposure/impact for the brand.


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    4-6 years' experience in a marketing role at an agency, fitness company, CPG/beverage, or health and wellness brand.
    Strong interest and knowledge in the fitness and beverage landscapes.
    Ability to manage multiple programs/projects concurrently, inclusive of a detail oriented and organized approach.
    Proactive team player with a strong work ethic.
    Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; Exemplary written and oral communication skills.
    Willing to work non-traditional hours including travel as needed and allowed.
    Entrepreneural mindset constantly thinking proactively and identifying new opportunities.

    Must be flexible, with the ability to multi-task and frequently adjust to changing priorities and timelines in a fast- paced working environment.

    Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds.
