    Description:

    As the Associate Influencer Manager, you'll play a key role in the Brand Talent and Social Media marketing team at CELSIUS. Responsibilities include managing relationships with influencers, overseeing campaigns, and ensuring performance goals are met. You'll collaborate with various marketing departments to drive the success of the Influencer program.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate event outreach to influencers and celebrities for on-site activations
    • Attend events to capture content for social media and manage influencer activities
    • Maintain relationships with brand partners and assist in managing the influencer program
    • Research and identify new influencer talent aligned with the CELSIUS brand
    • Negotiate partnerships, brief talent, approve content, and analyze performance
    • Contribute to influencer strategy development and optimization
    • Explore partnership opportunities on social platforms

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years experience in influencer and social media management
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
    • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
    • Willingness to travel and experience in events and hospitality
    • Passion for social media and influencer marketing
