    Job Title: Brand Management Specialist

    Job Type: Full-time Hybrid (2 days office, 3 days WFH)

    Job Description:

    We seek a dynamic and creative Brand Management Specialist to join our Lincoln Electric Product Co. Inc. team.

    The Brand Management Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to establish and promote our brand in the market. This individual will play a key role in creating cohesive branding materials, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand and marketing consistency.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's brand, goal, and target audience to enhance brand visibility and recognition.
    2. Developing a brand strategy from scratch involves creating a cohesive plan to define and communicate the unique attributes of a company, product, or service to its target audience.
    3. Create and manage cohesive branding materials, including logos, graphics, brochures, business cards, letterheads, packaging, promotional materials, brand guidelines, digital branding, and messages that reflect the brand's identity.
    4. Create and implement comprehensive branding strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience to enhance brand visibility and recognition.
    5. Enhance Recruitment marketing campaigns.
    6. Create recruitment materials, such as a career page, social media content, and videos, that showcase the company's unique employer value proposition and enhance the recruitment branding efforts.
    7. Create effective branding materials for Job fairs and career fairs, including booth design, banners, signage, and promotional materials.
    8. Brand Marketing Specialist will work closely with senior management to plan, implement, and execute impactful promotional programs and new product launches that will engage consumers and drive customer acquisition.
    9. Conduct market research to identify target audiences and industry trends.
    10. Collaborate and work with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
    11. Collaborate and work with ownership and managers to amplify marketing efforts and reach a wider audience.
    12. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of branding campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
    13. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovative marketing initiatives.
    14. Assist in organizing and promoting company events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
    15. Represent Lincoln by interacting with potential customers to promote products and services.
    16. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations as required.
    17. Acquire in-depth knowledge about our brands' products, services, and competitor offerings.
    18. Create compelling and informative content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and print materials. Manage social media and online presence to engage customers and enhance brand awareness.
    19. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO Search engine optimization (SEO), SEM Search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, Video Marketing and social media advertising.
    20. Develop and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms, including content creation, posting, and engagement with the online community.
    21. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
    22. Assist in developing and executing the brand ambassador program.
    23. Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor or master's degree in marketing, communications, or Brand management.
    • 4+years of experience in marketing, branding, and creating engaging campaigns.
    • Strong understanding of branding principles and consumer behavior
    • Proficiency in graphic design software and marketing tools
    • Excellent communication and project management skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data to drive successful branding campaigns.
    • Creative and results-driven marketing professional with a passion for socializing, marketing, and branding
