It develops targeted messaging and positioning to buyer persona's; launch products and features, deliver enablement training to sales, and helps feedback state of the market inputs into product development.
All this helps Egnyte maintain market leadership as an agile thought leader.This person will be a key contributor to the Egnyte marketing team reporting to the Director of Product & Industry Marketing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Develop expertise on Egnyte's product capabilities, competitive landscape and develop a strong value narrative to demonstrate the product competently
Partner with the Sales Enablement Team and equip them continuously to train sales to discuss products and solutions with customers, as well as develop and deliver sales plays
Spearhead the creation of thought-leading marketing materials and content across digital and print communications such as customer literature, product tours, blogs, e-mails, videos, webinars, presentations, web copy, advertisement, and trade show/event material
Produce impactful materials while collaborating closely with various teams, including product development, sales, support services, and field marketing, to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
Top of Form Provide input and strategy into product roadmap and pricing based on market and customer research analysis, industry analyst interactions and competitive findings.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ years of high-tech marketing and/or product management
5+ years of experience in marketing B2B SaaS products - Preference for expertise in Cyber Security.
Excellent written, powerpoint and verbal communication skills, and the ability to produce clear, concise writing under stringent deadlines
The ability to create strategy and thought leadership in the content collaboration, security and governance landscape in which Egnyte competes
Track record of successfully building relationships, influencing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Proficient with business applications such as powerpoint, word processing and spreadsheets, and the willingness to learn new ones
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology, or relevant field of study. Industry technical certifications and/or an MBA are desirable.
COMPENSATION:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $125K- $180K annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience.
