- Execute the Sales strategy for the Graphics business segment.
- Establish, monitor, and achieve key sales KPI's.
- Develop and manage customer relationships in the Graphics segment.
- Provide accurate customer database of the Graphics segment, including monitoring any activity within customers of the segment.
- Identify and define new business opportunities in the Graphics segment.
- Negotiate and implement contracts and price in conjunction with Business Unit Director.
- Interact with Sales teams to deploy the Sales strategy in the graphics segment.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the graphics business segment and customer/product needs therein to support new product development.
- Promote existing product lines and actively support any new product launches/ developments.
- Help in developing Sales tools for existing and new products in close cooperation with Product Manager and Communications team.
- Monitor the competitor landscape and strategy within the Graphics industry.
- Follow Graphics Industry trends.
- Develop market demand at end-users and agencies, by understanding the way designers and creative add agencies operate.
- Increase profitable sales of the product portfolio, aligned to given volume targets at the assigned accounts.
- Call on and establish multilevel contact and rapport with end-users, corporate designers and creative add agencies to create market demand.
- Build a strong sales pipeline of opportunities.
- Build a high degree of knowledge of the existing and new technologies emerging in the Graphics environment.
- Liaising with Technical Product Manager and Business Director to ensure the necessary support is given to the customer in the Graphics segment.
- Be the key contact for the assigned accounts, identify key decision makers at the customers build strong relationships throughout all levels of the organization.
- Plan and Execute relationships across a wide range of customers.
- Support business change and implementation of strategy initiatives.
- Be present at Industry events with the objective to gain new contacts, identify trends and new opportunities.
- Interact with other CCL companies' sales staff to exchange information and identify Graphics end-user opportunities.
- Have a high frequency of contact with the assigned accounts.
- Establish and Monitor Key Sales KPI's for the Graphics segment.
- Monthly reporting of KPI's, providing Key business insights and trends.
- Use daily to log activities opportunities and to build an accurate database of contacts of Laminators, End user and other market influencers.
- Educated to Degree level, ideally in a relevant technical or commercial discipline.
- Experience in the areas of Sales, Business Development and/or Marketing.
- Experience within the Graphics and/or Labels industry.
- Ability to influence and work in a matrix environment.
- Computer literate Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint,
- Mobility to travel.
- Fluent English and at least another language.
