    Description

    MUST HAVE CPA and some TAX Provision experience to be considered

    Public and MBA both preferred but not required+++

    FOUR DAYS IN NYC OFFICE A MUST

    Preparing global corporate income tax provision schedules


    • Preparing tax related financial statement information


    • Maintaining tax reserve schedules


    • Compiling, analyzing and reconciling financial information included in global corporate income tax provision


    • Drafting accounting entries to update income tax accounts in the general ledger


    • Liaising with outsourced providers in foreign jurisdictions


    • Researching tax implications of business activities for federal, state and local, and foreign income tax purposes


    • Developing financial models to analyze potential implications of new legislation or changes to existing business activities


    • Drafting memos to document tax positions and policies


    • Compiling, analyzing and reconciling financial information to tax returns


    • Preparing and providing work papers to outsourced compliance provider for federal, state and local and foreign income tax returns


    • Reviewing completed income tax returns prepared by outsourced providers


    • Calculating and remittance of periodic estimated tax payments for federal, state and local, and foreign
