- Reviewing, drafting, and revising contracts, policies, and other legal documents;

- 1L or 2L actively enrolled in an accredited law school, in good standing, pursuing a Juris Doctor.

Position Overview:
Verra Mobility is looking to hire a Legal Intern to join its Legal Department to support legal and compliance functions at Verra Mobility.
Essential Responsibilities:
The successful individual will be versatile, hands-on, ambitious, and eager to gain exposure to a variety of legal and compliance matters at a rapidly growing publicly traded corporation, including but not limited to compliance, corporate and commercial contracts, litigation and dispute resolution, corporate governance, department operations, real estate, labor and employment, and risk management.
