    Description

    Position:
    Telephony Support Analyst


    Location:
    Pittsburgh, PA

    12 Month Contract with Possible Extension
    Project Details –
    Configure, Troubleshoot and Deploy telephones
    Travel to office adjacent facilities in Pennsylvania for troubleshooting/issue resolution
    Provide remote telephony support for ATI facilities outside Pennsylvania
    Manage service tickets within ServiceNOW
    Schedule / escort 3rd party vendors for Telephony based repairs (e.g. wire breaks, advanced equipment repair, etc)
    Perform and maintain inventory of Telephony equipment and spare parts in performance of job duties
    Shipping / Receiving of relevant Telephony equipment and spare parts
    Adding and updating extensions
    Issue/Troubleshoot PBX and resolution
    Working with carriers to add lines to get setup
    Update configuration, maintenance and service
