    Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for a highly-driven real estate inside sales agent who has a talent for turning leads into lifelong customers. Our ideal applicant is an excellent communicator with a proven track record of sales success.     $130,000

    Responsibilities:
    • Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team's progress toward company goals
    • Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us
    • Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients
    • Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer's or listing agent
    • Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information
    Qualifications:
    • At least one year of real estate sales experience
    • Real estate license required
    • Must have great communication and interpersonal skills
    • Valid U.S. driver's license required, able to travel by car
    • Must have a high school diploma, 4-year degree preferred
