Job Summary:
This position is commission only.


Responsibilities:


  • Promote and sell prepaid contracts for inhome personal care services to potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales.
  • Educate consumers about the benefits and features of Americare's prepaid contracts.
  • Conduct sales presentations and effectively communicate the value propositions of the company's products.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and success.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to strategize and implement sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales deals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of the longterm care field and understanding of the needs of aging individuals and their families is a plus.

Pay:
$38, $46,753.43 per year


Schedule:

  • Choose your own hours

Travel requirement:

  • Up to 25% travel
