    Job Overview: The Senior Financial Analyst position is integral to our client, a leading provider of foundation repair, basement waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete lifting services. Based in Virginia Beach, VA, this role significantly impacts strategic financial planning and analysis across the company, supporting various departments to drive profitability and sustainable growth.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Spearhead financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly financial reviews.
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide actionable insights.
    • Develop and enhance financial models and dashboards for business insight.
    • Support strategic initiatives with detailed financial analysis and projections.
    • Manage the financial review process, presenting findings to senior management.
    • Collaborate on cross-functional projects to achieve company objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.
    Requirements Include:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
    • Experience: 5+ years in finance, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
    • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365, SAP, PowerBI, or Essbase; advanced Excel skills.
    • Knowledge: Solid understanding of financial principles and data analysis.
    • Key Competencies: Analytical thinking, strategic planning, effective communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
