    Commercial Insurance Account Executive

    • Company: Top Insurance Brokerage
    • Location: Northern California (100% Remote)

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Base Salary: $115,000 - $130,000
    • Comprehensive Benefits Package including 401k.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid California Fire & Casualty License.
    • Minimum of 5 years of recent experience managing middle market to large commercial accounts in a brokerage firm.
    • A good grasp of Commercial Lines coverages, laws, codes, regulations, insurance terminology and concepts, and policy structure.
    • A solid commitment to total client satisfaction.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and agency management systems like EPIC or AMS360.
    • Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal, along with a positive attitude and excellent presentation abilities.
    • Ability to multi-task, work well in a team environment, and meet deadlines.

In this role, you'll work with a few large clients, handling all aspects of commercial insurance coverage placements and leading day-to-day servicing.     Your role will involve a deep dive into day-to-day servicing, marketing, risk analysis, and client communication, ensuring they receive the best coverage tailored to their needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Day-to-day servicing and marketing of several large clients.
    • Organize all commercial insurance coverage renewal placements.
    • Engage with clients, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with their coverage and services.
    • Maintain updated knowledge of all Commercial Lines coverages and related regulations.
    • Work collaboratively with team members, ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Engage in continuous learning, staying updated with industry trends and changes.
