    Description

    A global architecture and design firm is seeking a talented architect with extensive healthcare experience to join their team in Los Angeles and head up their healthcare design portfolio. This is a Principal track position and would suit someone looking to take their career to the next level and drive meaningful change in healthcare architecture.

    Responsibilities:

    • Spearhead planning, design, and execution of healthcare projects, ensuring excellence in delivery.
    • Efficiently manage large, intricate projects by developing comprehensive scopes, budgets, and schedules, while actively overseeing client needs.
    • Lead internal and external strategy discussions and design meetings, serving as the primary liaison with clients.
    • Identify and pursue business development opportunities, actively engaging in marketing activities, proposal development, and negotiations.
    • Champion the firm's values of inclusivity, curiosity, and social responsibility, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Professional licensure in California.
    • Extensive experience in healthcare project management.
    • Deep expertise in healthcare projects, with a focus on creating innovative and impactful solutions.
    • Local market knowledge in California desired.
    • LEED and NCARB preferred.
