    Product Management è il team responsabile della strategia, della fase di discovery e di delivery di tutti i prodotti e servizi della piattaforma di Composto da Product Engineers, Designers, Analysts e User Researchers. La nostra missione è quella di sviluppare soluzioni di valore ed ottimali dal punto di vista dell'usabilità e di creare un'esperienza eccellente per gli utenti durante l'intero user journey. In parallelo l'obiettivo è quello di massimizzare i risultati di business applicando un approccio scientifico nella pianificazione delle iniziative (build-measure-learn) e prendendo decisioni sulla base di analisi qualitative e quantitative.

    Abbiamo bisogno di Product Manager in grado di capire i problemi degli utenti e sviluppare le giuste soluzioni, di persone entusiaste nel poter lavorare su prodotti che hanno un effetto sulla vita di milioni di persone.
    Il candidato sarà responsabile della governance dei dati e dell'analisi quantitativa per migliorare le performance della nostra piattaforma e sviluppare data products innovativi, fungendo da collegamento tra il mondo tecnico, il business e il mercato.
    Dovrà essere in grado di analizzare problemi complessi e dividerli in piccoli step, in modo da guidare lo sviluppo del prodotto in modo rapido ed efficace.
    Responsabilità:
    guidare lo sviluppo e l'implementazione di strategie per la governance dei dati, assicurando l'integrità, la sicurezza e l'accessibilità dei dati;
    analizzare e consolidare le performance della piattaforma attraverso metodi quantitativi per guidare decisioni basate su dati;
    collaborare con team interfunzionali per sviluppare e migliorare i data products, ottimizzando l'esperienza utente e il valore aziendale;
    monitorare tendenze di mercato e innovazioni tecnologiche per assicurare che la piattaforma rimanga all'avanguardia;
    presentare report regolari sulle performance dei progetti ai principali stakeholder;
    identificare i problemi degli utenti, attraverso analisi quantitative e tradurre questi problemi in soluzioni da validare insieme al team di product manager;
    definire e monitorare i criteri di successo e le metriche legate alle performance dei prodotti e misurarne l'impatto a livello di business (definendo e misurando la correlazione tra le key metrics e il loro contributo alle revenue stream); integrare i learning all'interno della roadmap di prodotto;
    monitorare agli ultimi trend in fatto di tech companies, digital platforms e metodologie di product management;
    scrivere eccellenti user stories, esprimendo in modo chiaro qual è il problema da risolvere, l'obiettivo di business, la soluzione, le key metrics di riferimento e i success criteria;
    gestire in modo efficace la comunicazione con gli stakeholder ed evangelizzare l'organizzazione sulle funzionalità dei prodotti e sulle performance della piattaforma.

    laurea in Informatica, Statistica, Matematica o campo correlato;
    esperienza comprovata come Product Manager o Data Analyst, preferibilmente in un ambiente legato ai dati o alla tecnologia;
    competenze analitiche e familiarità con gli strumenti di analisi dei dati come Mixpanel, Segment, BigQuery e Snowflake;
    eccellenti capacità comunicative in italiano e inglese.
    sai prendere decisioni, comprendere i problemi e agire : sai differenziare i giusti segnali dal rumore, sai dividere un problema complesso nelle sue componenti e sai allineare le persone su quello che è veramente importante fare;
