Our primary goal is to establish andimplement data management and governance practices across the entireorganization. Data architecture is fundamental to data management and acritical component in Sinch's strategic vision and roadmap.

ResponsibilitiesDirect team that establishes data architecture for both real-time, near-realtime, and data warehousing solutionsInteract with Enterprise Data Architecture team to ensure that dataarchitecture strategies follow those of the EnterpriseCollaborate with senior management to implement a comprehensive data strategyaligned with business goals and objectivesLead the design and development of scalable and efficient data architecturesolutions that support data ingestion, storage, integration, and analytics.

Oversee the development and maintenance of data models, ensuringconsistency, integrity, and optimization of data structures.

Work with VP of Data Governance & Fabric Ops to enforce data governancepolicies, standards, and best practices to ensure data quality,security, and compliance.

Evaluate new technologies and tools in the data management space,recommending adoption based on business needs and industry trends.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the data architectureteam, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuousimprovement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering,analytics, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliverRequirements

Experience with DCAM, DAMA or other Data Management frameworksExperience collaborating with data owners and stewards to translate theirbusiness requirements for development teams.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, InformationSystems, or a related of experience in data architecture, datamodeling, and database design.

Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a dynamic and fast-pacedenvironment.
Strong knowledge of data management concepts, including data warehousing,data lakes, ETL processes, data fabric, and data governance.
Expertise in data modeling techniques and tools such as ERwin,ER/Studio, or similar.

Hands-on experience with modern data technologies and platforms (e.g.,SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, cloud-based data services).Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicatecomplex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
