They are looking for a Contract Specialist who is assisting the (senior)

Contracts Manager on the project(s).Functie-omschrijving Gathering and compiling data essential to the administration of contracts.
Assists with the implementation of contracts administration procedures.
Coordinates or monitors the completion of administrative tasks.
Administers activities associated with contracts for services.
Participates in and /or conducts proposal preparationContract negotiation, contract administration and customer contact activities.
Coordinates the subcontracting activities post-award for an assigned project:

o Administrate contracts per procedureso Identify and advise project and supply management of (commercial) riskso Assist in handling of claims and disputeso Monitor contractor performance and delivery of services to meet objectivesIdentify, solicit and select reliable contractors to supply/install consultancy, specialty and constructionservices to support project execution.

Negotiate Terms & ConditionsPrepare contractsMonitor Contractor performanceDelivery of Services to meet objectivesProvide agreed approvals and supporting documentation for payment of invoices to ensure the requiredservices to Worley and its Customers.

Functie-Eisen Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

Effectively communication skills in relation to other departments (engineering disciplines & construction) andtakes a leadership role in preparing and presenting proposals and reports to the (senior) Contracts Managerand/or Construction Manager.

Able to plan own work and accomplish varied and complex tasks with the ability to discover issues andrecommend solutions.
Fluent written and spoken English; Dutch is not a must but good to have.

Communicate ideas and concepts, eye for detail, without getting lost in detailStructured & accurateStrong understanding of systems, processes and tools related to field.

Able to assist others and troubleshootissues.
