Gastro Trends Event GmbH is looking for anHR/Administration team member to join our team in Florence, MS immediately:
a HR specialist (m/f/d)
These exciting tasks are waiting for you
- Preparation of employment contracts, certificates, and references
- Conducting payroll and salary accounting
- Time management
- Reporting and certification
- Processing of contracts
- Other administrative tasks
- Support of company pension schemes
Your profile:
What inspires us about you
- Completed commercial training, ideally as a personnel specialist, payroll accountant, or tax specialist
- Relevant professional experience in the described areas of responsibility
- Excellent knowledge of income tax, social security, and labor law
- Proficient in MS Office products
- Independent, teamoriented, committed, and flexible
- Reliability and discretion
- Desirable: Knowledge of Datev
