- Utilizes computer software to account for inventory received and shipped, inputting essential data on all inventory handled, adhering to strict accounting procedures.
- Controls pipe in yard.
- Issues the packing list.
- Controls and issues certificates of pipe dispatches.
- Performs data entry and modification, updating information in the tracking systems.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Commit with health, safety and environmental policies and notify situations that present potential risk.
- Ensure product quality complying with defined standards and reporting deviations.
- Carry out duties in an efficient manner meeting productivity and efficiency standards in accordance with minimum costs.
- Perform activities according to applicable procedures.
- Complete and update all applicable records ensuring information accuracy and product traceability.
- Ensure proper use of the company assets, detecting and reporting malfunctioning.
- Attend and collaborate in training activities in ordered to maintain and increase the company knowledge.
- Proactively suggest improvements and participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain a clean and ordered workplace.
- Perform activities understanding their consequences on the global process.
- Abide by Tenaris discipline norms.

LOCATION: Blytheville - Arkansas - USA

**Must be able to work a rotating days/night schedule**
Position is 70% indoors (office) and 30% outside in the pipe yard. Must be willing to wear PPE and work in changing climates.
Purpose:
Performs the operation of pipe yard control and pipe dispatch, in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures, complying with defined quality standards.
