- Responsible for P&L of the Canton manufacturing facility.
- Plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs.
- Provide leadership for manufacturing operations to develop culture and talent across the manufacturing team.
- Collaborate as a member of the management team to reach overall goals for the company.
- Apply Lean, and TOC concepts.
- Supervise the supply chain process to manage cost and on-time delivery.
- Support the implementation of the Quality Management System.
- Develop and implement capital investment projects to improve efficiency and production volumes.
- Continuous improvement and cost-reduction strategies are steadily applied to eliminate waste across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or other industry-related fields required; MBA preferred.
- At least 10 years of industry-related experience including three years in upper management required with the ability to understand, analyze, and respond to financial reporting.
- Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership and management of manufacturing operations
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
