Description

We are looking to hire a Team Member to work in the Canton location as an opener through the lunch period.

The Team Member will be responsible for helping prepare food for the day, serving breakfast and serving lunch to the guests.

We are a promote from within company and offer development programs and promotion options to those interested. Cross training to cashier is also available after food production has been mastered.

Retail Team Member Position Mission:

To create a warm and friendly environment for our customers and fellow Associates through the

use of company policies, guidelines and teamwork.

Position Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions

Product knowledge to assure guest assistance
Suggestive selling
Certification on at least two training modules.
Team Member; accept responsibility for any task a Manager delegates.
Interact with customers in a friendly courteous manner
Establish and build positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and

- continued sales.

Perform operational activities such as stocking, prep and sanitation
Work as a team with Management and fellow Associates
Perform all tasks to standard following correct procedures
Practice food safety procedures
Incorporate the 5 concept values into daily operation of the bakerycafe.
Show respect for the equipment and facility by adhering to cleaning and proper

- operation.

Retail Team Member Physical Demands:

Ability to stand on your feet for up to eight hours
Ability to lift up to twentyfive pounds
Ability to move at a fast pace

Retail Team Member Preferred Background:

Customer service experience
Ability to work as a team
Desire to learn and develop
Energetic and friendly personality
