Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team at Mitchell Subaru in Canton, Connecticut.

This is a full-time, individual contributor position in the exciting and fast-paced auto industry.

As the Automotive Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dealership's finance and insurance operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company policies and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and oversee all finance and insurance operations for the dealership, including reviewing and verifying all contracts, paperwork, and documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Work closely with sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process for customers, maximizing sales opportunities for additional products and services
  • Offer guidance and support to customers in selecting appropriate financing options and vehicle protection plans
  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders and partners to secure the best financing options for our customers
  • Train and coach sales team on compliance and selling techniques to increase profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Assist with any customer inquiries or concerns related to finance and insurance, providing exceptional customer service
  • Stay uptodate with industry and regulatory changes, ensuring the dealership remains in compliance at all times

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in automotive finance and insurance operations
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in the auto industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and teamoriented environment
