- High School Diploma or Equivalent G.E.D. or HISET
- Prior manufacturing experience in a production shop is a plus. Previous experience with blueprints and precision measuring equipment is preferred, but not required. If you have a positive attitude, we can train the right candidate
- Must be detail-oriented and quality driven.
- Good manual and concentrated visual attention.
- Must have good manual dexterity and flexibility.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction) and maintain an understanding of the decimal system.
- Must have a solid work history. We are looking for dependable people who come to work every day.
- All positions require successful completion of background check.
- Ability to read and understand complex written and verbal instructions in English.
- Must be able to be flexible and respond to the changing needs of the organization.

- Monday thru Friday plus the opportunity to work Overtime.
- First Shift works 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Second Shift works 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm
- Third Shift works 11:30 pm to 7:00 am
