Skills | Must Haves:

• 7+ years of professional experience

- experience managing full, lifecycle projects
- experience with cloud based platforms, reporting tools, database tools, testing tools
- experience with data migration (APIs-Rest/SOAP, Automation-MuleSoft and other PaaS specific)


Nice to Have Skills:
- experience with accessibility requirements (ADA compliance) for customer and business-oriented platforms and portals
- experience managing development and support of digital experience or CRM platforms or portals
- experience on security compliance rules (i.e. NIST, FedRamp, StateRAMP)
- experience working w/ rd party products or other integration concepts (Single Sign on (SSO), Identity and Access Management (IAM), Azure)


QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university, preferably with a major in management information systems, computer information systems, or computer science.

Each additional year of specialized formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience.


SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Three years' experience managing the full lifecycle of projects. Proficient in the use of MS Office products and project management software tools.

Familiarity with technologies that may be used by the State now or in the future, such as the sample listed below (not limited to these items):
Cloud based platforms (i.e., Salesforce, Caspio or other such platforms as a service (PaaS)))
Reporting tools (i.e., Tableau, or other equivalent tools)
Database tools (i.e., MS SQL, Oracle, etc.)
Testing Tools (i.e., JMeter, LoadRunner, others, etc.)
General development/data migration (APIs - Rest/SOAP, Automation-MuleSoft, other tools that may be Platform as a Service (PaaS) specific, etc.)


PREFERRED WORK TRAITS:

Ability to plan, direct and coordinate activities to facilitate cooperation of diverse professionals and other interested parties in the delivery of project objectives.

Demonstrated understanding of project controls, project management and phases.

Ability to analyze and interpret information to make recommended changes in project management policy, planning and budgeting, and the ability to express and communicate ideas clearly to a wide range of individuals including senior managers, legislators, financial managers and others.

Proven experience managing the development and support of digital experience or customer relationship management (CRM) platforms or portals.

A general understanding of tools used within these platforms and portals and how they interoperate to support database, data access, security, migration, analytical and API functions to interoperate with other business systems.

Experience managing testing efforts on projects of this nature, which include the use of automated testing tools and manual testing and script execution and tracking across various environments.

A good understanding of accessibility requirements (ADA compliance) for customer and business-oriented platforms and portals.
