    Located in the growing East Market community, Mulherin's is Method Co.'s second iteration of our popular Fishtown location. Mulherin's will take cues from Wm. Mulherin's Sons' original concept focusing on Italian-influenced wood-fired cuisine that emphasizes the smokiness and char of the wood burning oven and grill, but with a greater focus on the pizza program complemented by a selection of creative handmade pastas, vegetable-forward small plates, and a handful of standout entrees.

    We are looking for skilled and passionate individuals to join our service team for this exciting new project

    Host Job Responsibilities:

    • Strong, upbeat and positive personality
    • Upon arriving, the host should look through the day's reservations and clock any special notes, ironing out plans to accommodate guest needs/celebrations
    • The ability to communicate with management and Chefs
    • Maintain proper phone etiquette, following established protocols
    • Keep an organized host stand, clean and tidy as necessary
    • Commitment to high standards with impeccable attention to detail
    • Passion for food, beverage and hospitality
    • Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment
    • Team oriented mentality
    • Dependability

    Required Experience:

    • Knowledge of both classic and current food and beverage trends
    • Minimum 1-2 years of service experience in an upscale setting
    • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Must be a team player with a strong work ethic
