    Our client is a liquidity and technology provider of solutions for the crypto and foreign exchange (FX) industry.

    The company specializes in the sphere of B2B services and products, catering to a wide range of clients including large licensed brokers, crypto exchanges, crypto brokers, forex brokers, hedge and crypto funds, and professional managers.

    B2Broker's advanced base of ready-to-use technical solutions enables brokers to save time and money on consuming infrastructure projects and focus on enlarging their client base and increasing their revenues.

    As the Commercial Director, you will be at the forefront of shaping their commercial success in the dynamic fintech industry.

    You will oversee and lead diverseteams across Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Technical Support, drivinggrowth and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

    Direct oversight of Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Technical SupportDepartments (manage a team of approximately 120 professionals located in differentcountries);

    • Set clear performance objectives and KPIs, monitoring progress and implementingcorrective measures;
    • Review and enhance the motivation structures for the aforementioned departments;
    • Review the organizational and reporting structure and make necessary adjustments;
    • Participate in the implementation of the salesforce;
    • Drive the digitalisation and business process automation initiatives for the departmentsunder director oversight;
    • Align commercial initiatives with company goals and objectives, ensuring a cohesiveapproach across departments;
    • Implement performance improvement initiatives based on financial metrics to drivecontinuous growth and success.
    Proven track record of success in commercial leadership roles within growing internationalcompanies;
