With over 150 members, more than 25 nationalities, and speakers of over 15 languages, we are all united by the same goal—bringing patients the best in minimally invasive surgical care.

    Tasks:

    • Clinical support of Dexter installed-based.
    • Drive utilization of Dexter procedures with the customers in assigned territory.
    • Cross-selling the use of Dexter to clinical specialties that do not use Dexter in hospitals supports the sales process.
    • Support the local Sales Director(s)/Sales Manager(s) in achieving and exceeding targeted usage of Dexter surgeries.
    • Train and support surgeons and OR staff in using Dexter's robot before and during procedures.
    • Clinical support is provided during setup, surgery, and after surgery.
    • Identify specific needs of the customer before, during, and after implementation.
    • Handover of Dexter after delivery to BioMed and OR, as well as commissioning at the customer premises.
    • Instruct the CDS department in the hospital on reprocessing Dexter's reusable tools.
    • Communication and presentation of the clinical benefits of Dexter.
    • Own customer satisfaction and support, and evolve the surgeon and KOL network.
    • Participate in important trade fairs and events and have a personal presence on the market.
    • Forecasting of predicted usage.

    Required Abilities:

    • Completed professional training in health care (nurse or anaesthetist...).
    • At least three years of operating theatre experience (hospital, clinic) or comparable training as a Clinical Sales or Clinical Specialist.
    • Preferable with good knowledge in General Surgery, Gynaecology and Urology
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills, diligence, and a proactive, hands-on mentality with a flexible and organized mindset.
    • High willingness to travel and flexibility within the assigned territory.
