    Description

    Summary

    In this position you will work as a member of the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer, Strategic Solutions Division. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in developing new or existing acquisition requirements with strengths that include a focus on customer service and strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Duties

    What will I do in this position if hired?

    In this position, you will serve and support management by providing subject matter expertise on the core contract actions.
    Typical assignments include:

  • Assists in development of procurement documents to include statement of work (SOW), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), Source Selection evaluation criteria, options, funding, delivery schedules, lead times, and reporting requirements.
  • Monitors contractor performance in accordance with the contract SOO, SOW, or PWS, and the Quality Assurance Survey Plan (QASP).
  • Monitors and ensures compliance of accurate and timely submission of contract deliverables and work products and facilitates proper and timely payment invoices as well as resolution of complex governance issues.
  • Prepares Contract Performance Assessment Reviews (CPARS), discrepancy reports and/or cure notices.
  • Develops study and analysis techniques and procedures to analyze data, develop recommendations, consolidate information, prepare accurate and responsive reports and briefings, and coordinate findings and conclusions.

Travel requirements in support of emergency operations may be extensive in nature (weeks to months), with little advance notice, and may require employees to relocate to emergency sites with physically austere and operationally challenging conditions.
