    JOB SUMMARY
    This role involves leading Delivery operations, overseeing projects, managing expenses, ensuring compliance, providing direction to the staff, and prioritizing safety and security.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    - Direct daily tasks and safety of Delivery supervisors and associates.
    - Ensure efficient management of delivery activities, adherence to procedures, planned routes, and quality customer service.
    - Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate records.
    - Manage labor hours, travel, and supplies within budget.
    - Schedule work shifts as needed.
    - Supervise asset selection and utilization.
    - Monitor routing activities for performance goals.
    - Prepare budgets and evaluate performance metrics.
    - Identify efficiency ideas and assist in implementing improvements.
    - Enhance customer relations and address issues.
    - Utilize productivity software and systems.
    - Maintain open communication with associates.
    - Enforce company policies and safety regulations.
    - Conduct staff management functions.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    Education
    - Bachelor's degree.
    Experience
    - 7 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
    - Valid Class A Commercial Driver License, HazMat and Doubles Certification.
    Professional Skills
    - Strong communication and analytical skills.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    - Knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
    - Ability to lead discussions and collaborate effectively.

    Physical Demands
    - Regularly talk and listen, stand, walk, and use hands.
    - Occasionally lift and move heavy objects.
    - Specific vision abilities required.
